GreenTime is a young FoodTech company that offers smart fridges in B2B throughout Switzerland, supplied daily with fresh meals (cafeterias 2.0), snacks and drinks.
It is a food solution for companies that do not necessarily have a restaurant and wish to offer this service to their employees.
GreenTime needs talent to help shape the future of the F&B industry.
We offer:
100% GERMAN-SPEAKING Sales Agent
You will be responsible for the expansion of GreenTime in the Swiss-German region, mainly in Zurich.
Speaking Swiss German is mandatory, your application will not be considered otherwise.
You start with a list of companies that you call one by one. Once you have found the person in charge of the company, you are responsible for convincing them of the merits of the GreenTime solution and negotiating the conditions. You manage your prospect from the first call to the signing of the contract, including appointments. You use the company's CRM to follow up on your prospects.
Your salary is made up of a fixed base and a compensation per signed contract.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5 years of sales experience minimum.
- Experience in B2B cold calling.
- Experience in using sales CRM (Salesforce, Zen Sales, etc.).
- Native German speaker, English necessary, French a strong asset.
- Politeness, interpersonal skills, respect of the brand image.
- You are competitive, combative, patient, you never give up, you never get discouraged. ALL YOU DO IS WIN.
- You are performance and results oriented.
- You like talking to strangers, the telephone is your playground.
- You never settle for a NO and will do whatever it takes to get a YES.
