The management of Anchorage Link Services is currently seeking for interested multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, as Product/Sales Managers - to help improve on our customer experiences, create new product ideas, and outline specific product strategies, among other duties.

As a Product/Sales Manager, you will need to manage diverse team members - engaging them monthly and showcasing different marketing avenues, required to boost a stronger tech-driven systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Determining products requirements.
  • Researching customer experiences and demands.
  • Improving on customer demands and products' wants.
  • Outlining different product strategies for sales promotions.
  • Managing cross-functional teams - growth and expansions.
  • Managing product road maps, logistics and delivery.
  • Generating new product promotional ideas and understanding products' selling points.
  • Working alongside partnering teams.
  • Working with HR and marketing teams to manage new products' launches.
  • Acting as a product vendor and representing our parent company at public events.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in product development or management roles.
  • Proven product development and knowledge.
  • Technical background with experience in software development or digital marketing techniques.
  • Attention to products' details and good problem-solving solutions with our nutritionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, improve on our recruitment leads.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary: From ₦30,000.00 per month
