The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Conduct data queries and analysis to identify gaps or size listings violations on platform
- Analyze trends and propose opportunities for policy, process, or detection improvement.
- Organize data worksheets, set up requirements, and manage offline screening processes
- Work cross-functionally to collect and understand business needs and requirements
- Lead and manage internal sub-teams to achieve project deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in operational analyst role
- Basic knowledge in SQL is a must
- Advanced Excel skills is a must (Pivots and Vlookup)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capability to work under pressure in a fast changing environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills; spoken and written English required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in E-commerce is a plus
