Canadian Home Healthcare is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative in our Oxygen department to become a valued member of our team.
Responsibilities and Duties
The position will require the following but is not an exhaustive list of duties:
- Data entry
- Account receivable
- Invoicing
- Banking
- Inventory reconciliations, inventory management
- Account collections
- Preparation of clerical accounting reports
- Assisting internal auditors
- Filing
- Completion of client files
- Phone reception and routing telephone calls
- Reporting to administrators
- Booking client appointments
- Data entry of MOH approvals
- Reconciling MOH reports
- Training of future staff
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40. per week
