We are seeking an experienced and strategic Value-Added Services Manager to lead our value-added offerings at the visa application centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through premium lounge services, courier solutions, prime-time application submissions, travel insurance, and other value-added services. This role involves devising sales strategies, training staff, and enhancing customer experiences to maximize the uptake of these services.
Sales Strategy and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth from value-added services.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the range of value-added offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
Staff Training and Development:
- Provide training and guidance to frontline staff on effectively promoting and selling value-added services.
- Develop training materials, scripts, and communication techniques to enhance staff confidence in presenting these services.
Customer Engagement and Experience:
- Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of value-added services into the overall customer experience.
- Implement measures to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through value-added offerings.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns, promotions, and materials that highlight the benefits of value-added services.
- Collaborate with operations teams to streamline service processes, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of value-added service strategies.
- Generate regular reports for senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
