Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of [number of team members] to achieve performance targets and operational goals.

- Monitor team performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and take proactive steps to address performance gaps and areas of improvement.

- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain consistency and uphold standards.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest process improvements to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
- Handle and resolve escalated customer issues or employee conflicts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and team morale.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and gather feedback from team members.
- Prepare and analyze reports on team performance, operational metrics, and other relevant data, presenting findings to upper management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
