Property Support Co-ordinator [United Kingdom]

We are an intercity train company connecting people and communities across our cities and major towns in the North of England and Scotland. Together we will continue to transform rail travel with faster, easier journeys that offer a step change in services with our fleet of new high-tech trains.

The North is a vibrant place to live and work and here at TransPennine Express our services are helping to keep the country moving. If you want to be involved in something truly transformative, that will have a lasting impact on how we travel, then please join us and help us to take the North further.

As our Property Support Coordinator, you'll ensure all documentation relating to the property management and property improvement projects of our train stations is in order. You'll keep property databases accurate and up to date, and will coordinate all administration associated with station maintenance work, station improvement projects and the control of contractor activities at TPE stations. This involves being familiar with each of our stations and the people that work there, and by working closely together you'll make sure maintenance and improvement work is carried out in a safe, timely and efficient manner. You'll support the property team with their financial controls, through the administration of invoices in the e-procurement system, ensuring adherence to the procurement compliance process. You'll also support the team with diary management and the day to day running of the department.

With experience in a similar administration role, you're a bit of an expert when it comes to spreadsheets and databases, and have a natural passion for keeping things organised. At the same time, you're good with people and are great at working in a team, offering support to others where you can.

If the above sounds like a bit of you, then we'd love to receive your CV and a short cover letter to help us understand why you're the best person for this role please visit FirstGroup Careers.
